We are knowledgeable, forward thinking and proactive in our approach. We are also very keen on providing a personalised service. Our aim is to get to know you and your business needs and where possible fit into your requirements. As a small firm we feel we are flexible enough to be able to do that. We continually focus on new ways of working, and to fit in to our client's needs.
We don't have enormous elaborate offices that we have to service with your fees. We do have a central London office, but we keep costs under control by maximizing space and by utilising a virtual back office outside of London. With modern communications, it is as if they are in the next room. It also means that our back office frequently remains open past 5pm.
Whist we do enjoy continuing loyalty of our major clients, it is not the only way that we get work. Most of our new work is derived from recommendation. To get buzzy for a minute, we are pro-active and dynamic: putting your interests above our own and our clients appreciate this and that is why they recommend us to others.
We provide a high quality of service at an acceptable cost. We also tutor students for competitor firms in respect of the specialist exams required for qualification in this field. Read their reviews under student services.
We do have substantial US, Japanese, European and UK companies as clients, not because they have been with us for decades, like some firms mention, but because they have agreed with us that getting the best commercial advice, at acceptable levels of cost and in a timely fashion, can frequently be found by looking at what other, newer and forward thinking firms like ourselves can offer.
We just feel that as a progressive younger firm, eager to bring energy to our work, we can remain competitive and in touch with the demands of this moving market.
