All of our professional attorneys have a degree in law and have been trained and qualified [by examination] as Trade Mark Attorneys. They are members of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys [ITMA] and are recognised as European Trade Mark Attorneys and recorded as Professional Representatives before the CTM Office based in Alicante, Spain.
Our attorneys have vast experience working previously for major global solicitors, in-house legal departments and traditional trade mark private practice.
We are active members of our professional body either as Council members or examiners for the Institute of Trade Mark Attorney (ITMA) qualifying exams.
