Working with high-profile clients in sectors ranging from IT, communications and fashion design to international charities, Manish advises on all aspects of trade marks and design protection and registration, including clearance searches, oppositions, cancellations, revocations, assignments, trade mark infringement and passing off.
Manish has worked in Trade Marks firms and law firms, previously working with Baker & McKenzie in London as the Senior member of the Trade Marks Unit within the Intellectual Property Group. Here he helped the firm develop its Trade Marks practice in to one of the leading practices in the UK, winning the portfolio management work for number of global clients including one some of the world's largest and well known trade mark owners. He speaks and writes regularly on his specialisation and is a tutor to students taking advanced level ITMA exams (Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys). He has been a trainer on the Intellectual Property Diploma course run by Bristol University.
