Joshi & Welch held a client reception on Tuesday 23 November 2010 at Stratstone's Park Lane Aston Martin showroom. Joshi & Welch were celebrating over 4 years of successful growth with their clients and friends. The event was sponsored by some of our clients who donated raffle prizes of handbags, a hamper, afternoon tea, dinner for two and a driving experience.

Our very kind sponsors were:-

Everyone enjoyed champagne and canapés whilst engaged in lively conversation over some beautiful motor vehicles, on display were the New four door Aston Martin Rapide
and
The extra special DBS UB-2010 Limited Edition, to commemorate Dr. Ulrich Bez's 10th year as Chief Executive of Aston Martin, one of only 20 such Volantes to contain a number of special features.

The event celebrated our success to date and we would like to thank our clients for their support, but we also had a purpose of raising money for St. Jude India ChildCare Centres. A charity providing safe and clean accommodation in Mumbai for children and the families of children who are recuperating from treatment for serious chronic diseases.

St Jude recognises that whilst hospitals provide therapy to the most needy of children the children and parents often have no place to stay and have to 'sleep rough' on the streets. St Jude Centres ensure that treatment is effective by being able to bridge the gap between hospital and the patients home village or town helping children recover in a childcare centre, whilst also helping the families to care for and educate their children.

We are delighted to have raised £1000 on the night for St Jude's. Dr. Brian Hargreaves Treasurer of the UK arm said:

'Our sincere thanks to all at Joshi & Welch for making this possible. This is a great achievement and the money will be put to good use at our Centres'.
Again, many thanks.
Warm regards, Brian
